Technology Project Manager
London (4 days in office / 1 day remote)
We’re partnering with a growing and forward-thinking Insurer in London that’s looking to hire an experienced Technology Project Manager to lead the delivery of key technology initiatives.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business undergoing significant transformation, where you’ll play a pivotal role in driving projects across digital, systems, and infrastructure.
The Role
As a Technology Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business and technology teams, managing priorities, risks, and dependencies in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of technology projects across software, infrastructure, and business change
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
- Engage with senior stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies effectively
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and third parties
- Ensure projects follow governance frameworks and best practices
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering technology / IT projects
- They are looking for candidates with high energy
- Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in complex, fast-moving environments
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Relevant certifications (Prince2, PMP, Agile) are a plus
