Payroll Specialist - Part-time (3 days a week) London | Hybrid (2 days a week onsite) | FinTech I'm currently partnering with a fast-growing, innovative FinTech business to recruit an experienced Payroll Specialist on a part-time basis (3 days per week). This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the end-to-end payroll function within a scaling organisation, working closely with HR and Finance to deliver accurate payroll, pension administration, incentive schemes, compliance, reporting and continuous process improvement. 5+ years' experience managing end-to-end payroll ~ Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, pensions and compliance ~ Experience with payroll accounting, reconciliations and financial controls ~ Advanced Excel skills and payroll systems experience ~ Experience administering bonus or incentive schemes ~ Competitive salary Hybrid working (2 days per week in the London office, with flexibility on which days) Excellent benefits package including private medical insurance, enhanced pension, generous annual leave, learning and development support and wellbeing benefits
