An opportunity for an experienced insurance broking IBA professional to take ownership of the day-to-day IBA function within an established independent broker.
Looking for:
- Strong hands-on IBA experience within an insurance broking environment
- Strong Acturis experience, particularly across IBA/accounts
- End-to-end experience across reconciliations, cash allocation, insurer settlements, aged debt, refunds and resolving discrepancies
- Good practical understanding of FCA/CASS client money requirements
- Confident liaising with brokers, insurers and clients to resolve queries
- Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership within a smaller team
- Commercial insurance experience preferred
This is a hands-on IBA role, suited to someone who enjoys managing the full process and taking genuine ownership rather than working within a large finance function.
