I'm currently partnering with a well-known, fashion-led business to appoint a Reward Partner on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced reward professional to join a highly recognisable brand at an exciting stage of growth and transformation.
Reporting into the Head of Reward/People leadership team, you'll take ownership of compensation-related activity across the business, partnering closely with HR, Finance, and senior stakeholders to deliver a commercially focused reward agenda. This role would suit someone who enjoys combining strategic reward work with hands-on delivery and thrives in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment.
The Opportunity
As Reward Partner, you'll be responsible for supporting and enhancing the organisation's compensation programmes, ensuring they remain competitive, equitable, and aligned to business objectives. You'll play a key role in reward projects, annual compensation cycles, market benchmarking, and providing expert advice to stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to provide expert guidance on compensation matters.
- Lead salary benchmarking exercises and utilise market data to inform pay decisions and reward strategy.
- Support the design, implementation, and ongoing management of compensation frameworks and salary structures.
- Manage and deliver annual salary review and bonus processes.
- Provide analysis and modelling to support reward decisions and workforce planning.
- Ensure pay decisions are aligned to internal equity, market competitiveness, and budget considerations.
- Produce reward reporting, insights, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Support pay equity initiatives, including gender pay gap reporting and analysis.
- Contribute to reward-related projects, organisational change programmes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Review and enhance reward policies, processes, and governance frameworks.
- Partner closely with Finance and People teams to ensure effective reward planning and execution.
About You

- Strong technical knowledge of compensation principles and reward practices.
