London | International Investment Platform

JSS Search is partnering with a fast-growing international investment platform on the appointment of a newly created Portfolio FP&A Lead role. This is not a traditional FP&A position. The role sits at the centre of a high-growth portfolio environment, acting as the key finance counterpart across multiple businesses and partnering closely with senior leadership on financial performance, strategic planning, reporting, governance and growth initiatives. The platform is entrepreneurial, internationally focused and scaling rapidly, offering the opportunity to genuinely shape the role and influence the wider finance infrastructure as the business evolves.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with portfolio company Finance Directors and leadership teams across financial performance and reporting
  • Drive improvements across budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting and operational analysis
  • Establish scalable and consistent reporting, controls and governance frameworks across the platform
  • Support acquisitions, fundraising, strategic projects and wider business growth initiatives
  • Assist portfolio businesses with long-term planning, financial modelling and capital planning
  • Act as a bridge between the central platform and portfolio finance teams, bringing challenge, structure and commercial insight

Candidate Profile

  • 8-10 years' experience across a combination of: multi-entity operational finance environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capability
  • Experience operating across multiple entities, jurisdictions or portfolio structures
  • Commercially minded, hands-on and comfortable within fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
  • ACA / ACCA / CFA or equivalent preferred
