I am currently partnering with a premier, multi-billion-pound turnover, private equity-backed international FMCG brand to source a commercial and strategic Head of International Pricing. This high-impact position reports directly to the Pricing Director and carries commercial responsibility for a portfolio delivering £600m in annual revenue across diverse global channels. While you will not manage a direct departmental budget, your strategic decisions and framework execution will safeguard essential business margins, making this a critical mandate for the brand’s international growth. You will also directly lead and mentor a high-performing pricing cell, which includes a Pricing Manager and a Pricing Executive.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Pricing Leadership: Design, own, and execute the comprehensive 5-year international pricing strategy, setting a cohesive commercial framework that future-proofs the product portfolio and aligns across all go-to-market channels.
- Market Intelligence & Insight: Oversee competitive market intelligence reporting and the analysis of global trade headwinds. You will establish pricing KPIs, evaluate elasticity assumptions, and regularly present commercial insights to Finance and C-suite leadership.
- Commercial Strategy & Execution: Build cutting-edge customer and destination segmentation models to unpack demand sensitivity. You will evaluate commercial data quality, provide recommendations for high-value.
