I'm looking to speak to any experienced Business Intelligence leaders to build and lead a new team at a London based University.
The Role:
- Build, lead and develop the University's Business Intelligence function, including recruiting and mentoring Planning Analysts.
- Lead the development and delivery of the University's data strategy and governance frameworks.
- Own and evolve Power BI dashboards and semantic data models.
- Deliver insight on KPIs, student numbers, tuition fee forecasts, OfS metrics, NSS and league tables.
- Manage and prioritise strategic data projects aligned to institutional priorities.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in business intelligence or data analytics, within a Higher Education context.
- Strong understanding of HE data and regulatory requirements (OfS, HESA).
- Experience building or scaling teams.
- Confidence communicating complex data to senior leaders & non-technical audiences.
