I'm looking to speak to any experienced Business Intelligence leaders to build and lead a new team at a London based University.

The Role:

  • Build, lead and develop the University's Business Intelligence function, including recruiting and mentoring Planning Analysts.
  • Lead the development and delivery of the University's data strategy and governance frameworks.
  • Own and evolve Power BI dashboards and semantic data models.
  • Deliver insight on KPIs, student numbers, tuition fee forecasts, OfS metrics, NSS and league tables.
  • Manage and prioritise strategic data projects aligned to institutional priorities.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in business intelligence or data analytics, within a Higher Education context.
  • Strong understanding of HE data and regulatory requirements (OfS, HESA).
  • Experience building or scaling teams.
  • Confidence communicating complex data to senior leaders & non-technical audiences.
