A leading multi unit industrial developer and asset manager with over 25 years’ experience is seeking a Fund Finance Manager to support its expanding European platform. The business manages a significant UK portfolio and has recently established operations across several European markets as part of a wider growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the day to day finance contact for the European business
- Support investment teams on new acquisitions and deal execution
- Manage relationships with local accountants and finance administrators
- Oversee statutory reporting, audits and regulatory compliance for OpCo, PropCo and SPV structures
- Manage cashflows, banking platforms and timely payment of construction and operating costs
- Support ad hoc projects including new country setups, finance system rollouts and tax planning
- Work with investors, partners, solicitors and banks on transactions and asset management matters
About You
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 2-5 years post qualified experience
- Strong proven experience in real estate is required
- Confident Excel user with strong organisational skills
- Detail‑focused, deadline driven and collaborative
