I am working with a client of ours in the Technology sector who are recruiting a Financial Reporting Manager to join their existing team and further strengthen the delivery of finance within the organisation. Operating a hybrid model of 3 days onsite in their Central London office, you work with the Financial Controller to ensure robust governance as well as development of finance processes and reporting standards alongside core monthly deliverables including:
- Supporting both month and year end close processes
- Producing monthly management accounts providing variance and commentary
- Preparing Statutory accounts under IFRS/UK GAAP
- Preparation and review of journal entries, accruals and balance sheet reconciliations
- Reviewing existing processes to identify improvement and scope for automation within the finance function
- Support FP&A with accurate and insightful data for business use
This is a key role in an organisation undergoing a very positive growth period and will see you work with the local finance team as well as international counterparts. You will support with the evolution and enhancement of the control environment within the business, whilst gaining exposure to the senior finance leadership, as well as wider stakeholders.
