A well-established insurance organisation is seeking an experienced DUA Analyst to support the management and oversight of delegated authority business across a specialist portfolio.
The Role
- Manage and monitor delegated authority arrangements and Coverholders.
- Review and reconcile premium and bordereaux data.
- Identify discrepancies, exceptions and outstanding items, ensuring timely resolution.
- Liaise with brokers, Coverholders and internal stakeholders.
- Produce MI, KPI reporting and analysis for senior stakeholders.
- Support governance, controls and ongoing process improvements.
- Build strong relationships across the delegated authority network.
About You
- Proven DUA experience within the London Market.
- Strong understanding of Coverholders, binders and bordereaux.
- Excellent Excel and data analysis skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Confident stakeholder manager with a proactive, hands-on approach.
