The Role
As a Recruitment Delivery Consultant, you will:
- Source, engage and shortlist high‑calibre candidates
- Partner closely with senior directors on specialist mandates
- Manage the end‑to‑end candidate journey
- Build talent pipelines across niche verticals
- Deliver high‑quality shortlists at pace
- Share market insights and generate candidate leads
About You
- Experience in recruitment delivery, 180 or 360 roles
- Relevant market experience (Finance, Compliance, Treasury, Risk, Insurance) would be helpful but we are open to other sectors if you have the right attitude and approach.
- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and direct search
- Excellent communicator with strong relationship‑building skills
- Highly organised, proactive and delivery‑focused
- Able to thrive in a high‑performing, fast‑paced environment
