This is a new permanent role based in London. This role offers hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 working from home.

The Capital Markets Analyst will support the management of the bank's capital markets funding programmes, and to lead the ongoing post securitisation issuance reporting. This role will require close co-operation with key functions across the bank to support workstreams for accounting, reporting, data and operational capability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the securitisation programme, working with a number of stakeholders across the bank, to establish securitisation capability and further future issuances.
  • Lead the management of the securitisation post-issuance reporting, regulatory reporting, collateral management and supporting ongoing external stakeholder management.
  • Support the management of external securitisation counterparties (arranging banks, lawyers, trustees, rating agencies, investors, corporate services providers).
  • Lead the management of central bank funding and liquidity programmes, including management of collateral pools and related Bank of England reporting.
Required Skills & Experience
  • An experienced Securitisation / Structured Finance professional with experience working in Financial Services, ideally in a non-bank lender.
  • Knowledge of RMBS products and post issuance reporting.
  • Highly numerate and analytical with capacity to reach logical, well balanced, actionable conclusions.
  • Articulate, engaging, persuasive, open minded and a team player.
