Global Benefits Specialist Location: London Approximately £90,000 - £110,000 per annum + bonus Contract Type: Permanent Full-time, office-based 4 days per week Our client is seeking an experienced Global Benefits Specialist to join their growing People function. This is a permanent opportunity for a senior benefits professional who enjoys combining strategic thinking with operational delivery in a fast-paced, international environment. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders, external providers, and regional HR teams to deliver a best-in-class employee benefits experience. As Global Benefits Specialist, you will take ownership of the organisation's global benefits strategy, ensuring programmes remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with business objectives. Lead benefits-related projects, including programme harmonisation, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor vendor performance and service delivery across multiple countries. Ensure compliance with local legislation and internal governance requirements. Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure effective programme management. Produce and analyse benefits data and reporting to support informed decision-making. Experience within a complex, international business environment is highly desirable, as is broader exposure to reward and compensation initiatives.
