We’re looking for an experienced PMO Planning Analyst to act as the planning specialist within a fast-paced transformation PMO. This is a high-impact role focused on improving planning standards, driving governance, and supporting delivery across a complex change portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and enhance planning standards, templates, and governance
- Strong SCM experience would be a huge advantage for this role
- Healthcare experience would be really helpful
- Experienced PMO Planning specialist with strong track record supporting SAP & ERP implementations, managing integrated plans, dependencies and delivery timelines
- Skilled in portfolio planning, governance and resource management, ensuring structured, on-time delivery across complex transformation programmes
- Support teams in building high-quality integrated project plans
- Lead or support cross-functional planning events (e.g. big room planning)
- Manage resource and demand planning across the portfolio
- Deliver data-driven reporting and insights for senior stakeholders
- Coach teams and improve overall planning capability
Key Requirements
- Strong experience in PMO, programme, or project planning roles
- Proven ability to manage integrated plans and dependencies
- Experience supporting enterprise-wide or multi-team planning cycles
- Hands-on experience with resource and demand modelling
- Highly analytical, structured, and confident influencing stakeholders
- ERP transformation exposure (e.g. SAP) is beneficial
