JSS is seeking an Interim Workday Change Lead to drive a major Workday transformation from North London in a hybrid role.

The 12–18 month assignment focuses on delivering change across HR, Payroll and finance with senior leadership support and cross-functional collaboration.

You will partner with HR, Programme Management and Workday teams to design adoption strategies, manage stakeholder readiness, and coach leaders through the transition, ensuring business readiness and sustained benefits.
