A high-growth retail brand is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support its expanding UK retail operation. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centric environment and enjoys partnering closely with operational leaders to drive performance, engagement, and culture. You will support approximately 250 employees across the retail population.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with retail leadership teams to deliver the people strategy across stores
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, absence, and disciplinary matters
  • Support employee engagement and culture initiatives across the retail population
  • Ensure HR policies, processes, and compliance standards are maintained
  • Support payroll, onboarding, and HR operational activity
  • Analyse HR data and provide insights to support business decisions
  • Coach and support managers on all people-related matters

Candidate profile

  • Proven experience at Business Partner level within Retail, Hospitality or Consumer sector
  • Strong ER knowledge and experience managing complex people matters
  • Commercially aware with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Resilient, adaptable, and highly organised
  • CIPD qualified or working towards qualification preferred
  • Passionate about creating positive employee experiences

This is a retail focused partnering position and as such you will be required to travel across the sites that you are responsible for (all London based).
