We're partnering with an exciting and fast-growing fintech in the payments space that's looking to appoint an experienced Head of Compliance.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a senior compliance professional to take ownership of the compliance function, work closely with executive leadership, and play a key role in supporting the company's continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and enhance the compliance framework, policies, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with FCA requirements and payments regulations
- Act as the primary contact for regulatory matters and external engagement
- Provide strategic compliance advice to senior stakeholders
- Oversee compliance monitoring and risk management activities
- Maintain oversight of AML, CTF, sanctions, and financial crime controls
- Monitor regulatory developments and assess business impact
- Promote a strong compliance culture across the organisation
What We're Looking For
- Senior compliance experience within fintech, payments, e-money, or broader financial services
- Strong knowledge of the UK regulatory landscape and FCA requirements
- Experience developing and maintaining compliance frameworks
- Financial crime expertise, including AML, sanctions, and CTF requirements
- Proven stakeholder management and regulator engagement experience
- Commercially minded, pragmatic, and solutions-focused approach
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
