FP&A Manager - Digital Assets

The Opportunity JSS Search is representing a high-growth, global crypto trading firm in the search for an FP&A Manager. This role will be central to financial planning, forecasting, and decision support across the organisation. Working closely with senior stakeholders and department heads, the successful candidate will deliver commercial insight to leadership and take ownership of core planning, reporting, and cost management processes. This is a hands-on role offering broad exposure across the business, with the opportunity to build, scale, and automate finance processes within a fast-moving, international environment.

• Lead the annual budgeting cycle and deliver bi-annual reforecasting activities.
• Design, build, and maintain financial models to support planning, forecasting, and scenario evaluation.
• Partner with business leaders to provide clear insight into financial performance, cost drivers, and commercial outcomes.
• Own the monthly and quarterly close and reporting processes, including management packs and Board-level materials.
• Identify and implement improvements to FP&A and reporting processes, with a focus on automation and scalability.
• Contribute to ad hoc financial analysis and strategic initiatives as required.
• Take ownership of overhead spend and the full accounts payable lifecycle, from initial approval through to reporting and analysis.
• Develop strong visibility over spending trends and cost drivers, proactively highlighting risks, inefficiencies, and control issues.
• Serve as the key point of contact between Finance, Procurement, and the wider business on cost-related matters.
• Manage and develop an Accounts Payable Analyst, providing day-to-day guidance, coaching, and performance management.
• Drive ongoing enhancements to accounts payable processes, controls, and automation.
