JSS have partnered with a leading specialist lending financial services organisation to hire a Financial Reporting Analyst who can hit the ground running in a lean team to provide financial analysis and integrity around their external reporting process.
Key Responsibilities
- Guardian of Data Integrity: Act as the primary detective to identify and resolve internal data errors, ensuring every figure in our financial reports is flawless.
- Lead External Reporting: Take full ownership of preparing and submitting critical reports to external funders and regulators, ensuring total compliance and meeting all deadlines.
- Bridge Finance and Technology: Serve as the essential link between finance and IT, ensuring system upgrades and technical initiatives translate into accurate financial outputs.
- Modernise with AI and SQL: Move beyond manual spreadsheets by leveraging SQL and AI tools to automate reporting workflows and eliminate data processing bottlenecks.
- Optimise Data Tapes: Collaborate across the finance community to improve the visibility, efficiency, and accuracy of the massive data sets used for high-stakes modelling.

Candidate Profile & Package
