The Opportunity
A high-growth, forward-thinking organisation is looking to appoint a commercially focused FP&A Analyst to support senior leadership with financial insight and strategic decision-making.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll play a key part in driving performance, improving reporting and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes
- Deliver insightful monthly reporting and variance analysis
- Partner with non-finance stakeholders to support decision-making
- Build and enhance financial models to support strategic initiatives
- Provide analysis on performance, trends and key business drivers
- Support senior leadership with ad hoc analysis and board-level reporting
- Continuously improve FP&A processes, reporting and systems
Candidate Profile
- Qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or equivalent
- Proven experience in FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Confident communicator with ability to influence stakeholders
- Advanced Excel skills; exposure to BI tools is advantageous
- Proactive, commercially minded and detail-oriented
