An exciting opportunity to join a leading insurance business as a Finance Analyst, supporting expense, banking and treasury operations across UK regulated, service and holding entities. This is a high-visibility role within Finance, offering ownership of core financial processes, responsibility for driving efficiencies and automation and the opportunity to partner closely with senior stakeholders within a collaborative global environment.

Hybrid working: 2 days a week onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Support expense and banking activities across UK entities, ensuring accuracy and strong financial controls.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and expense planning processes.
- Support treasury activities including liquidity management, cash positioning, and payroll funding.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and oversee bank-related ledger postings.
- Manage intercompany recharges, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives across Finance.
- Support employee expense and corporate card processes.
- Partner with stakeholders across Finance and the wider business to provide analysis and insight.
- Support statutory audits and wider finance compliance activities.
