JSS is partnering with a Higher Education client to redesign estates and facilities through a new Target Operating Model (TOM).
The role focuses on embedding processes across maintenance, space management, campus operations, asset management, and compliance.
The consultant will lead workshops, map processes, and drive hands-on delivery with senior stakeholders, owning workstreams and delivering change across multi-site environments.
On-site London work 2–3 days weekly for a 12-month contract.
