- Manage and maintain the Treasury Management System (TMS), ensuring data quality, process integrity, and alignment with Group policies.
- Own bank relationship management, including pricing, services, documentation, and support for local banking needs.
- Design, implement, and monitor treasury internal controls, ensuring compliance with Group policies and relevant regulations.
- Prepare and deliver treasury reporting for senior management, including daily liquidity dashboards, monthly KPIs, and quarterly Board-level materials.
- Lead Group cash flow forecasting: consolidate regional forecasts, challenge assumptions, analyse variances, and report insights at Group level.
- Coordinate insurance renewals for the Group, ensuring adequate coverage, cost effectiveness, and alignment with lenders’ requirements.
- Support M&A post-closing integration from a treasury perspective, including bank account rationalisation, inclusion into cash pools, TMS onboarding, and alignment with treasury policies.
Key Experience/Skills Required
- Proven experience in a Treasury role in an international, multi-entity group, ideally in a high-growth or private equity–backed environment.
- Strong knowledge of corporate treasury best practices across cash management, liquidity planning, debt management, and financial risk management.
- Hands-on experience with TMS and e-banking platforms, including implementation, administration, and user training.
- Comfortable designing and improving treasury processes and internal controls in a scaling organisation.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for senior management.
