We're looking for an experienced Lead Data Specialist to drive the evolution of our clients Master Data Management (MDM) and Single Customer View (SCV) capabilities across Group Customer and UK Insurance.
In this hands-on leadership role, you'll shape the future of this organisations master data by assessing the current landscape, defining the target operating model, and transitioning MDM into a business-critical service.
You'll work closely with technology, architecture, engineering and business stakeholders to deliver a trusted, scalable customer data foundation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the MDM and SCV strategy and roadmap.
- Enhance customer matching, golden record and data governance capabilities.
- Productionise MDM with robust operational processes, monitoring and controls.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to deliver secure, scalable cloud-based solutions.
- Build long-term MDM capability through standards, frameworks and best practice.
What we're looking for
- Strong experience with Master Data Management (MDM) and customer data platforms.
- Knowledge of Informatica MDM, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and batch/real-time data processing (or similar technologies).
- Experience in data governance, operational service design and data quality.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills with the ability to influence across business and technology.
