This role is working with an insurer in the UK who are looking for an interim Squad Lead / Scrum Master to oversee two agile squads within a broader data platform function. The role will be for an initial 3-month engagement, with potential for extension. This is not a formal line management role, but strong people leadership and coaching experience will be important to support the squads. Good agile experience is a must and Kanban is a nice to have. This is a remote role on a lucrative day rate.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Lead or Agile Team Lead within data or software delivery teams
- Strong understanding of Agile, with Kanban being a bonus
- Excellent stakeholder management, coaching and communication skills
- Experience working in regulated environments is advantageous
