As the Management Accountant, you’ll play a key role in providing clear financial insight to support business decision‑making. You’ll take ownership of monthly management accounts, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis, while partnering closely with operational teams to drive improvements and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary
- Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Support commercial teams with financial insight and scenario modelling
- Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and oversee accruals/prepayments
- Assist with year‑end processes and liaise with auditors
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and reporting

- Part‑qualified or fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
- Strong management accounting experience within a fast‑paced environment
