A growing business based in Hertfordshire are looking to recruit a Group Reporting Manager. A great business offering opportunities to grow, develop, and thrive.
What will you be doing?
- Manage the Group’s financial consolidation process and help deliver accurate financial information to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Preparation of reporting schedules and instructions across the wider Group to ensure consistent and timely submissions.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of accounting systems, and contribute to ongoing process and reporting improvements.
- Play a key role in periodic business performance reviews, helping enhance how financial results are explained and presented.
- Coordinate with auditors and subsidiaries to support the audit process and timely delivery of statutory accounts.
- Contribute to ad hoc projects—including working with the M&A team on non-routine transactions and corporate simplification efforts.
- Work closely with the Head of Group External Reporting to address technical accounting issues and help shape Group financial policies.

- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with post-qualification experience.
- A collaborative team player with strong technical accounting knowledge.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on deadlines and accuracy.
- A passion for continuous improvement in processes, controls, and reporting.
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and influence at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills—written and verbal—with a keen eye for detail.
- Previous experience with large ERP systems.
