The Opportunity

A high-growth, forward-thinking organisation is looking to appoint a commercially focused

FP&A Analyst to support senior leadership with financial insight and strategic decision-making.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll play a key part in driving performance, improving reporting and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes
  • Deliver insightful monthly reporting and variance analysis
  • Partner with non-finance stakeholders to support decision-making
  • Build and enhance financial models to support strategic initiatives
  • Provide analysis on performance, trends and key business drivers
  • Support senior leadership with ad hoc analysis and board-level reporting
  • Continuously improve FP&A processes, reporting and systems
  • Candidate Profile
  • Qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or equivalent
  • Proven experience in FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
  • Confident communicator with ability to influence stakeholders
  • Advanced Excel skills; exposure to BI tools is advantageous
  • Proactive, commercially minded and detail-oriented
