I am currently recruiting for a large, multi-national organisation who are looking to hire a Finance MIS & Consolidation Manager to join their high performing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly dynamic business in a world class sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review consolidated P&L and management reporting
- Act as the key interface between central finance and regional finance teams
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long term planning process
- Provide variance analysis and clear, decision‑oriented insights on consolidated results
- Support leadership presentations with high‑quality financial narratives and analysis
- Play a leading role in the implementation, enhancement, and governance of ERP
- Drive automation, standardisation, and process improvements across FP&A workflows
- Partner with all stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective system design and reporting
- Collaborate with regional finance teams, accounting, and commercial stakeholders, providing guidance on policies, accounting treatments, and data quality
Key Qualifications & Experience
- Professional accounting qualification or MBA (or overseas equivalent)
- Ideally experience within a large accountancy firm
- Significant experience in financial consolidation, management reporting, and FP&A within a large corporate environment
- Strong hands‑on experience with ERP and consolidation systems
- Solid understanding of accounting standards (IFRS/USGAAP) and consolidation principles
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into executive‑level insights
Note: This is a hybrid role with 1 day required in the office weekly.
