- We're looking for an experienced
Head of Business Systems to lead the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O & CE) product landscape across the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the D365 F&O & CE product function, driving a product-centric operating model.
- Own the D365 roadmap, BAU support, continuous improvement, upgrades, and SI/vendor management.
- Build a European capability hub, initially supporting the UK, Ireland, and Spain, with future expansion.
- Lead the migration of legacy systems (NAV/AS400) to D365 while supporting Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Field Service.
- Key Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with
Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O & CE .
- Previous leadership of Business Systems or Product teams within a D365 environment.
- Experience managing roadmaps, backlogs, releases, and third-party System Integrators.
- Manufacturing or FMCG experience is highly desirable.
- Commercially minded leader with excellent stakeholder management and the ability to drive change in a growing organisation.
