I am currently recruiting for an instantly recognisable brand who are looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to join their high performing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly dynamic business in what is an incredibly exciting growth and transformation.
In this role, you’ll play a key role in the decision of where the business is growing. Working closely with non-finance teams across the board, you’ll provide financial insight, challenge assumptions and support long term commercial planning.
You will:
- Review operational requests and providing scenario analysis.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand commercial drivers, risks and delivery plans.
- Produce financial insight to be delivered to board members.
- Ensure spend and return on investment are accurately monitored.
- Identify risks and opportunities.
- Ensure accurate, insightful and decision‑focused business partnering.
- Analyse the return on investment of projects delivered.
- Act as a key finance partner for non-financial stakeholders.
- Drive improvements on performance tracking & reporting.
- Coach and develop team members.
About You:
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA or CIMA)
- Prior experience within commercial, FP&A, or business partnering position
- Ideally experience from a consumer business (retail, hospitality, FMCG or multi-site) OR experience delivering investment appraisals.
- Strong experience working with complex data - highly proficient on excel
- Confident working with stakeholders at all levels
Note, this is a hybrid role with 2 days required in the office.
