About the Role
Looking for a Project Manager to lead a major, multi-year transformation programme focused on replacing a legacy administration platform with a modern, centrally sourced solution. This role will play a critical part in driving the successful delivery of a complex change initiative, from early discovery and requirements gathering through to implementation, transition, and business adoption. You will work across multiple functions, ensuring alignment, managing dependencies, and delivering outcomes that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale transformation programme across all phases, from discovery through to implementation and transition
- Manage cross-functional teams and multiple workstreams, ensuring delivery against timelines, scope, and quality standards
- Establish strong governance, engage senior stakeholders, and provide clear reporting on progress, risks, and decisions
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies, driving mitigation and ensuring key decisions are documented
- Oversee requirements, testing (including UAT), and implementation activities, ensuring smooth transition to business-as-usual
- Support resource planning, monitor capacity, and address delivery challenges
Qualifications & Experience:
- PRINCE2 Practitioner (or equivalent) with relevant degree or experience
- Proven experience delivering complex, multi-year programmes across full project lifecycles
- Background in data-led initiatives and legacy system migration; insurance experience desirable
