My client is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of People to play a key role in shaping and delivering the people strategy across a complex, multi-country business environment.
The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, providing expert guidance across employee relations, organisational change, talent planning, culture, engagement, and leadership development.
- Lead organisational change, transformation, and restructuring initiatives, ensuring effective communication and employee engagement throughout.
- Provide expert guidance on people policies, employment practices, employee relations matters, and regulatory requirements.
- Must have prior experience within the Logistics / Facilities / Manufacturing / Industrial sectors.
- Proven team leadership (management of a team of at least 5 employees, ideally within multiple regions).
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR practices across multiple countries.
- Demonstrated success leading organisational change, transformation, and restructuring programmes.
A competitive base salary (£110,000-£130,000 dependent on experience). Generous benefits package (bonus, PMI, enhanced pension etc). Hybrid work pattern (3 days per week in London, some international travel will be required). Clear progression opportunities.
