Our client is seeking an experienced Global Benefits Specialist to join their growing People function. This is a permanent opportunity for a senior benefits professional who enjoys combining strategic thinking with operational delivery in a fast-paced, international environment. This role offers the opportunity to shape and drive a global benefits agenda while ensuring the effective management and administration of benefits programmes across multiple regions. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders, external providers, and regional HR teams to deliver a best-in-class employee benefits experience.
The Role
As Global Benefits Specialist, you will take ownership of the organisation's global benefits strategy, ensuring programmes remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with business objectives. You will be responsible for both the strategic development of benefits offerings and the operational management of existing programmes. This is a highly visible role with significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence the employee experience on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities

- Partner with senior stakeholders to develop innovative benefits solutions that support attraction, retention, and employee wellbeing.
- Lead benefits-related projects, including programme harmonisation, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external brokers, consultants, and benefits providers.

- Oversee the day-to-day administration and governance of global benefits programmes.
- Ensure the smooth delivery of annual renewals, enrolment activities, and benefits communications.
- Monitor vendor performance and service delivery across multiple countries.
- Ensure compliance with local legislation and internal governance requirements.
- Act as the senior point of contact for complex benefits-related queries and escalations.
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure effective programme management.
- Produce and analyse benefits data and reporting to support informed decision-making.
