Reward Partner (12-Month FTC)

Salary Range: £70,000 - £80,000

Location: London

I'm currently partnering with a well-known, fashion-led business to appoint a Reward Partner on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced reward professional to join a highly recognisable brand at an exciting stage of growth and transformation.

Reporting into the Head of Reward/People leadership team, you'll take ownership of compensation-related activity across the business, partnering closely with HR, Finance, and senior stakeholders to deliver a commercially focused reward agenda.

This role would suit someone who enjoys combining strategic reward work with hands-on delivery and thrives in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment.

The Opportunity

As Reward Partner, you'll be responsible for supporting and enhancing the organisation's compensation programmes, ensuring they remain competitive, equitable, and aligned to business objectives. You'll play a key role in reward projects, annual compensation cycles, market benchmarking, and providing expert advice to stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to provide expert guidance on compensation matters.
  • Lead salary benchmarking exercises and utilise market data to inform pay decisions and reward strategy.
  • Support the design, implementation, and ongoing management of compensation frameworks and salary structures.
  • Manage and deliver annual salary review and bonus processes.
  • Provide analysis and modelling to support reward decisions and workforce planning.
  • Ensure pay decisions are aligned to internal equity, market competitiveness, and budget considerations.
  • Produce reward reporting, insights, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Support pay equity initiatives, including gender pay gap reporting and analysis.
  • Contribute to reward-related projects, organisational change programmes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Review and enhance reward policies, processes, and governance frameworks.
  • Partner closely with Finance and People teams to ensure effective reward planning and execution.

About You

We're keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in a Reward, Compensation, or Total Rewards position.
  • Strong technical knowledge of compensation principles and reward practices.
  • Experience managing salary reviews, bonus cycles, and benchmarking activity.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, with the confidence to influence and challenge where appropriate.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build credibility across all levels of an organisation.

What's on Offer

  • Opportunity to join a highly successful and recognisable fashion brand.
  • Broad exposure to both operational and strategic reward initiatives.
  • Significant stakeholder engagement across the business.
  • Collaborative and high-performing People function.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
