My client is seeking an experienced and commercially focused HR Business Partner to join their organisation in a strategic role supporting senior leadership teams across multiple business areas. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys influencing at a senior level, driving organisational change, and shaping people strategies that directly support business performance.

Working as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a people agenda focused on organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent development, employee engagement, and culture. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in a complex environment, balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on HR leadership.

Key responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver people strategies aligned to business objectives.
  • Lead on complex employee relations matters, including organisational change programmes, restructures, and senior-level case management.
  • Drive performance management processes and support the development of a high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams on workforce planning and organisational design initiatives.
  • Analyse employee engagement data and translate findings into meaningful action plans.
  • Provide workforce analytics, HR reporting, and strategic insights to support leadership decision-making.
  • Lead and contribute to strategic HR projects, including salary benchmarking and job evaluation exercises.
Role profile:

My client is looking for an experienced HR professional who can confidently build relationships with senior stakeholders and deliver both strategic and operational HR solutions.

To be successful, you will have:
  • Significant experience operating at HR Business Partner level.
  • Have worked as part of a large matrixed HR structure, ideally managing employees across several sites/locations.
  • Strong employment law knowledge and experience managing complex employee relations cases.
  • Demonstrable experience supporting organisational change, transformation, and restructuring activities.
  • A commercial mindset with a pragmatic and solutions-focused approach.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present HR data effectively.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management capabilities.
