The Opportunity
Our client is a large international multi-site organisation undergoing significant digital and business transformation.
With operations across multiple countries and business units, they are investing heavily in improving data quality, systems integration, process efficiency and operational performance.
As a Business Analyst, you'll work across a varied portfolio of transformation initiatives spanning ERP, finance, procurement, data and operational improvement projects.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, working with senior stakeholders and operating in an environment where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, document and challenge business requirements across multiple workstreams
- Facilitate workshops with operational, finance, procurement and technology stakeholders
- Analyse existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Support ERP, finance and digital transformation initiatives
- Map end-to-end processes and help define future-state operating models
- Work closely with project managers, technical teams and business leaders
- Assist with data quality, reporting and systems integration activities
- Support change and adoption across diverse business units
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst within a complex organisation
- Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management capability
- Experience working on transformation, ERP, data or process improvement initiatives
- Ability to work within ambiguity and competing priorities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Hands-on and pragmatic approach
Desirable Experience
- D365, SAP, Oracle, Workday or similar business systems
- Data, reporting or analytics projects
- Multi-site, international or matrix organisations
