The predicted salary is between 51750 - 63250 Β£ per year.
We are recruiting for a new Capital Markets opportunity within a fast-growing UK mortgage lender based in London. This is an interim opportunity working on several projects and supporting transactions.
Key responsibilities:
- Management of structured funding activities (RMBS) - ideally with either public securitisations or private warehouses
- Control of daily cashflow movement and forecasting
- Monthly / quarterly servicer and investor reporting for structured funding programme
- Establishment of the operational structures, including bank account set-ups, to support funding programmes going live or being amended
- Manage hedging activity including maintaining hedge relationships, hedge effectiveness calculations, designations, de-designations & re-designations, identifying opportunities for process and strategy development
- Hedging & margin management, including suggesting & implementing improvements, and be able to explain processes to other impacted teams
- Preparation and presentation of management information packs to the weekly liquidity review meetings
Requirements:
- Proven Capital Markets and Treasury experience with mortgage lending exposure
- Strong experience across public or private securitisation structures
- Experience with interest rate hedging strategies and their application within structured funding vehicles
- Strong stakeholder management with complex internal and external relationships
- Good data analytics and quantitative skills
- Experience with Treasury and Financial systems
