JSS are partnering with a leading international organisation based in Bristol to appoint an Interim Senior Group Reporting Manager on a 12 month assignment to support the finance function during a period of transformation and system change. Reporting into the Group Finance Director, you will work closely with the wider finance leadership team to ensure the smooth delivery of group reporting, consolidations and key financial processes. You will take ownership of the integrity of monthly reporting, support the budget cycle, and provide clear, insightful analysis to senior stakeholders, operating within a complex, multi-entity, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly group balance sheet consolidation, including review and validation of submissions from international entities
- Manage the intercompany reconciliation process, ensuring issues are identified and resolved in a timely manner
- Support the production of group management accounts, providing clear visibility of performance
- Assist with the annual budgeting process, coordinating deliverables across stakeholders
- Prepare statutory accounts for UK holding and dormant entities
- Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting to senior finance stakeholders, including Group FD and executive leadership
- Work closely with the wider finance team to ensure continuity during a period of system and process change
Key Requirements
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with minimum 6+ years’ PQE
- Strong experience within a group reporting/consolidation role in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment
- Exposure to global finance functions and complex group structures
- Experience working with ERP and consolidation systems (e.g. Hyperion, NetSuite, Workday or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills with strong modelling capability
- Experience using Power BI or similar tools is advantageous
- Strong understanding of intercompany processes and consolidation adjustments
