JSS Tax are hiring for an in-house role for an Indirect Tax Manager with a well-known services business based in Basingstoke (supporting up to 3 days per week remote working). This is a permanent role paying circa £75,000-£90,000 plus 20% bonus and a great benefits package.
Working closely with the Head of Tax, the Indirect Tax Manager will take ownership of Indirect Tax affairs that affect this business in the UK and internationally. This is a varied role and will cover VAT and other indirect taxes, and will be predominantly an advisory position, but will also include management of indirect tax compliance, business partnering, project work and ad-hoc support on other areas of taxation.
The company are looking for someone with strong UK VAT or indirect tax experience, and ideally someone with a professional qualification (ACA / ACCA / ICAS / CTA / ATT). Experience in Reverse Charge VAT and or Partial Exemption would be beneficial.
