My London based Insurance client is looking for a Systems & Data Support Analyst who will be responsible for providing data manipulation and analysis to support the Operations team and the wider business as well as, the maintenance of internal systems and for the accurate production and continuity of information for reporting.
Role Responsibilities
- Systems support and analysis to ensure data quality and workflows are maintained accurately. This will include supporting the CRM Dynamics application and SQL Databases.
- Assistance with the development, testing and maintenance of internal systems in conjunction with internal and third party service providers.
- Maintenance of client investment related and personal data to ensure data integrity across key operational systems.
- Development and operation of workbooks in Excel to provide analysis, insight and support to the Operations team and the wider business.
- Preparation and validation of information to be dispatched to clients.
Skills & Experience
- Degree qualified in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or equivalent.
- Strong competence in the use of IT applications, especially Excel at advanced level (VBA & Macro level).
- High level of attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Proven ability to deal competently with pressure and be able to prioritise workload.
- Excellent communication, influencing and relationship building skills.
