We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic development team within a forward-thinking insurance and financial services company. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering digital transformation and change programmes across the organisation, collaborating with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors.
From gathering and documenting business requirements to supporting user acceptance testing, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring successful delivery of IT solutions that bring real value to the business.
- Lead detailed analysis of business requirements and translate them into clear documentation for development teams.
- Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding.
- Participate in end-to-end project delivery, from problem analysis and requirements gathering through to implementation and post-launch support.
- Support functional testing and UAT, ensuring solutions meet business expectations.
- Champion best practices in business analysis and change management processes.
5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, ideally within insurance, financial services, or regulated industries.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Proven experience with transformation or digitisation projects.
- Solid experience with business application systems such as policy admin tools, rating engines, finance or ERP platforms.
- Working knowledge of SQL and APIs.
