Delivery Lead – ERP & HRIS Transformation

Role: SAP Finance Project Manager

What they\’re looking for:

• Strong experience managing SAP Finance transformation projects experience.
• Proven end-to-end project delivery and governance expertise
• Excellent stakeholder management across business & technical teams
• Ability to drive timelines, RAID management, and successful go-lives

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of SAP Finance projects, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and risks.
• Work closely with Finance stakeholders (R2R, P2P, OTC, FP&A) to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Coordinate functional and technical teams to ensure alignment across finance processes and integrations.
• Oversee testing, data migration, cutover planning, and readiness activities.
• Produce project documentation, status reporting, and provide clear stakeholder communication.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a SAP Project Manager with strong Finance process knowledge.
• Strong governance, RAID management, and project leadership capability.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and ability to work with senior Finance and IT leaders.
