Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and people-focused Change Lead – Org Design Transformation to join our dynamic Client to drive and embed organisational design initiatives across our business. This role is central to delivering a future-fit operating model by ensuring that structural, cultural, and capability changes are embraced and sustained at every level.

As the Change Lead, you'll work closely with senior leaders, HR, and transformation teams to manage the people side of change and ensure smooth transitions that align with our vision, values, and business strategy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver change management strategies for large-scale org design projects, including restructuring, role realignment, and new operating models.
  • Partner with senior leaders to build sponsorship, engagement, and readiness for change.
  • Develop targeted communication, training, and engagement plans to support impacted teams.
  • Support the transition of individuals and teams to new ways of working, roles, and reporting structures.
  • Monitor change impacts, adoption rates, and feedback to refine approaches in real time.
  • Act as a coach for people leaders through transformation journeys.


Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience leading organisational change, particularly within org design or workforce transformation initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR).
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with complex stakeholder landscapes.
