Overview
Delivery Lead - ERP & HRIS Transformation | Workday System Administrator
We’re looking for an experienced Workday System Administrator to take ownership of Workday across key modules — including HCM, Recruitment, Absence, Time Tracking, and Talent. You’ll play a hands-on role in configuration, optimisation, and support, while partnering with internal teams and our AMS provider to deliver a best-in-class HR system.
Base pay range
This range is provided by JSS Transform. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary Workday system admin and SME, managing configuration, access, and security.
- Oversee AMS partner relationship, handling escalations, enhancements, and agile delivery cycles.
- Lead system optimisation — testing and implementing new functionality, automation, and process improvements.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and governance documentation to ensure data quality and compliance.
Skills & Experience
- Proven hands-on Workday configuration and administration experience (HCM essential).
- Strong understanding of HR processes, data flows, and security standards (GDPR).
- Experience managing AMS providers and agile delivery backlogs.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Workday reporting tools and release management advantageous.
