Our Global Technical Client is looking for a Technical Project Manager to oversee and manage the technical workstream of the CRM implementation from inception to completion, ensuring it is completed on time, within scope, and budget. The Technical Project Manager will work closely with various stakeholders, including development teams, clients, and senior management, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple technical workstreams/developments simultaneously, ensuring alignment with the overall programme strategy, plan and aligned to company goals and strategies.
- Lead Technical Team including Technical Architect, Technical Product Specialist, Technical Product Owner.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies all congruent with the overall programme.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers, to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
- Be the key expert and decision maker on technical approach by efficient alignment of the programme technical goals with key technical leads.
- Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders effectively, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on project timelines and quality.
What we need from you:
- Experience of best practice ways of working on development programmes, providing from a technical perspective common pitfalls, risks and mitigations, ideally in respect to implementing Microsoft D365.
- Experience of End to End CRM programmes.
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager.
- Knowledge and experience of Customer Management.
- Experience of working with 3rd party partners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, can-do approach and a willingness to learn from or share best practice experience with the team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data migration and integration in CRM projects.
