Our Multinational Software client is looking for a Business Analyst to take responsibility for gathering, analysing, documenting, and managing business requirements through the full lifecycle of the programme, from initial scoping through to detailed requirements during the build and test stages.
Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit and document their CRM requirements. Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather comprehensive business needs. Analyse existing processes and systems to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
- Documentation: Create clear and detailed business and functional requirement documents (BRDs/FRDs). Develop process flow diagrams, use cases, and other visual aids to illustrate requirements. Maintain version control and ensure proper documentation management.
- Requirements Analysis: Analyse and prioritize requirements to ensure they align with business objectives. Evaluate the impact of proposed changes on existing systems and processes. Collaborate with technical teams to identify feasible solutions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Facilitate communication and collaboration to resolve conflicts and ensure clarity in requirements.
- Solution Design Support: Collaborate with solution architects and designers to develop the Sales system's functional design. Ensure that the proposed solution meets business requirements.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Business Analyst. It is essential that you have wide experience of being the analyst for business systems changes. It will be strongly beneficial if you have been the business analyst responsible for the implementation of a Customer relationship management (CRM) system.
