The Opportunity
We are working with a high growth CFO advisory and consulting business in London, supporting leading corporates and private equity backed organisations through complex finance transformation programmes. As part of continued expansion, they are seeking a Senior Manager with a strong consulting pedigree to play a key role in delivering large scale finance transformation initiatives, while also supporting business development and client relationship management. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver end to end finance transformation programmes, including target operating model design, process optimisation, and technology enabled change.
- Advise CFOs and senior finance leaders on improving finance effectiveness, efficiency, and insight generation.
- Manage and develop client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor across complex engagements.
- Oversee workstreams across key areas such as R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A, and data/reporting transformation.
- Support and contribute to business development, proposals, and thought leadership.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, contributing to a high performance culture.
Candidate Profile
- Big 4 consulting background (essential), with experience operating at Manager or Senior Manager level.
- Proven track record delivering finance transformation programmes within a consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of finance operating models, process improvement, and ERP enabled transformation (e.g. SAP, Oracle, D365, Workday).
- Experience working with FTSE 100 / multinational or PE backed businesses.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at CFO / C-suite level.
- Degree from a leading Red Brick university.
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent qualification preferred.
