We’re recruiting a strategic, influential Head for a leading global provider of benefits administration and outsourcing solutions to lead the governance, performance, and evolution of their third-party service delivery model.
As a growing London-based pension provider, they rely on strong, trusted partnerships to deliver exceptional service for our members. They are seeking an experienced outsourcing leader who can drive excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and shape our long-term vendor strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Own and evolve the company’s outsourcing strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Lead end-to-end vendor governance, including selection, onboarding, performance monitoring, and contract management.
- Act as the central point of accountability for all outsourced service arrangements across administration, technology, investment operations, and business support.
- Strengthen operational resilience, ensuring robust controls, SLAs, KPIs, and risk frameworks are in place.
- Build productive, collaborative relationships with third-party suppliers, internal stakeholders, and senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance service quality, efficiency, and member experience.
- Provide expert guidance on regulatory expectations, including FCA/PRA outsourcing rules, operational resilience, and data security.
- Lead governance forums and present supplier performance insights to executive committees and the Board.
