Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Implementation Consultant to join a growing Financial Software as a Service firm. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, client-facing professional with a proven track record of working with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and providing Treasury consulting services. This role is crucial for ensuring client success from initial engagement through go-live and beyond. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of corporate treasury processes and a strong technical aptitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain project documentation, including business requirements documents, design specifications, test scripts, and user manuals.
- Collaborate with the sales and pre-sales teams to develop comprehensive and compelling responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), acting as the subject matter expert on our product\\\’s capabilities and implementation process.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, building strong relationships and managing client expectations to ensure project success and high satisfaction.
- Support the end-to-end implementation projects for our products, including requirements gathering, system configuration, data migration, testing, and user training.
- Assist in the creation of professional services proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and project plans.
- Support the analysis of Treasury data to support value adding insight for clients.
- Provide advice and best practice recommendations to clients on optimizing their treasury operations using our system.
- Work closely with product development, sales, and support teams to provide client feedback, resolve issues, and contribute to continuous product improvement.
Key Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in Treasury consulting or supporting Treasury Systems management (i.e. implementation, upgrades, maintenance, transformation, etc).
- Strong client-facing skills with a track record of successfully managing client relationships and project expectations.
- Strong understanding of Corporate Treasury and key Treasury Operations (i.e. cash management, banking, payments, foreign exchange).
- Familiarity with treasury systems, cash forecasting, liquidity management, bank connectivity (SWIFT, APIs), and financial risk concepts.
- Proficiency in creating clear and comprehensive documentation.
- Excellent written and communication skills with the ability to convey complex topics to non-technical stakeholders.
